 Hi,
I have downloaded a app "Location Spoofer" from market on my device.
Now I need .apk file for the same app. I tried searching in device
using Eclipse having DDMS View -> File Explorer. System apps are
listed under /system/app but i'm not able to see the downloaded apps.
Even /sdcard/downloaded is not showing that. On clicking /data & /mnt
its showing blank.
1) Can we get an app's .apk from device if downloaded from market?
2) We have dev tools on emulator where package browser can be used to
see location (source) of the app? But how to use same search for
device?

Thanks

If the author of that app makes the APK available for separate
download, do that. Otherwise, you may be violating the developer's
copyrights.

1. How can I extends InputMethodService and using its feature without setting system keyboard??

Hi all,
I'm using SoftKeyboard to simulate some KeyEvents to application.
Everything is done after I had set the system keyboard (LatinKeyboard)
in Setting screen. But I don't want to do this Settings action. I want
to run emulator with default setting. If I don't set the LatinKeyboard
in Settings,my service(extends InputMethodService class) is not
started. I have tried to call startService or bindService but it seem
to be impossible to do this. How can I start my input service in this
situation??

Thanks for your reply.

Somehow this doesn't seem to be documented, but this is the method you want:
http://developer.android.com/reference/android/content/Intent.html#toURI()

Ah the current source tree has documentation:
