 Hi:

I am interested in using the Google voice search capability as an API. I
tried looking for it but cannot find it.
Is this voice search capability not available to developers?

thanks

Google Voice Search has API?

I _think_ all you need do is add:
android:voiceSearchMode="showVoiceSearchButton|launchRecognizer"

to the <searchable> entity of your searchable.xml file.

1. Anyone notice a silent Moto Droid OTA Update?

Hi all, I have seen something strange in the last couple days, I had
not been able to test my app yet on android 2.0 - Moto Droid stack,
because of lack of hardware. I was receiving error reports from my
customers about problems taking pictures. In the last day or so,
those problems seem to have gone away, but now I have issues further
down in my workflow process.

Just for my own interest sake, anyone know if Verizon pushed a OTA
update to Droid in the last couple days?

2. IOMX?

Hi,
I think Eclair added a new file: include/media/IOMX.h. What will this
binder interface be used for?
Will it be useful for communication across the OMX components?
Thanks,
