 Hello all...

My name is Jon Arnold, and I hoping some of you out there can help with my
inquiry, which is likely a bit off the norm. Let me quickly explain.

I an independent telecom/tech analyst focused on communications disruption
and innovation. I have a client with a unique mobility service targeted at
global travelers that I think could be a very attractive offering within the
Android ecosystem.

After reviewing this with Chris Barton at Google, he has steered me to
Android, and here I am. I'm not a developer, and this really isn't a developer
inquiry. I'm really trying to see how I can contact a Developer Advocate like
Jason Chen, as I think that would be the right person to evaluate my inquiry.

My client has a proven user-pay service that is delivered via mobile, and we
think this is the type of offering that Android or its partners would find of
interest as Google makes its way into the wireless world.

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated, and I be happy to
provide more detail if needed. I hope to hear from any of you soon thanks!

  Jon

Sounds like you need a Android mobile, right?

Do you think we can be of any use if we can supply a Android PMP with
wifi?
We are still considering whether we can use the same chip to make the
Android mobile........should know in 1-2 months whether we can do it
or not...

In any case, we would be interested work together if possible.

More details on our site.

Thanks Eric. Well probably not right now, but this is a good idea. I'll keep it
on the menu with my client and let you know if there's interest.

1. How to debug BadTokenException?

Hey,

I sporadically get bug reports with a BadTokenException.

As I don't see my app in the stacktrace I am wondering how to find the
cause of this? Any idea?

Cheers,
Mariano

2. Always retrieve incomplete result from database

Hello Monica,
It seems the query is not correct. Missing quotes for WHERE_MONTH_YEAR
The correct query needs to treat WHERE_MONTH_YEAR as variable. It
should look like as follows:
 return mDb.rawQuery("select t_date from finance " + where t_month=
+"\'" + selectedMonth + "\' and " + t_year = '"" + selectedYear+"'",
null);

Hope this would resolve your problem.
