 Hi All,
I am wondering if all applications\ui use the getOperatorAlphalong as
defined in ServiceState.java to get the operator name string or do
they use any other way ?

How does the variable mOperatorAlphaLong get its value from ?

What apps currently uses these operator name ?

1. Seeing Double ListView

I am wondering if anyone else is encountering this issue (or if its just me).

I converted an app I have been working on from using a regular view to
using SurfaceView. The app accesses listviews to change properties of
the elements I am drawing on a canvas. The listviews called from the
SurfaceView version draw over themselves mis-registered when I scroll
long lists quickly. If anyone out there has had a similar problem
and/or has an idea what might be going on and/or has a suggestion as
to how to fix this, please do!

Thank You,

2. Infinite Error: I fixed "Failed to find an AVD compatible", only to get "ERROR: unknown virtual device name"

You can make it whatever you want, but yes, I would recomment you
point it to C:\Users\Public\ so that it reuse the already existing
.android/ folder.
(don't make it point to C:\Users\Public\.android as it will create
another .android folder inside it)
