 Currently I'm experiencing this exception

  javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Not trusted server certificate

when i try to open a SSL connection to my in-house application server
which uses my self-signed certificate.

Does anybuddy know how to fix this problem or how to add a self-signed
Certificate Authority into Android emulator at runtime thru any
Android SDK API functions?

Please help. My thanks in advance!!!

Check the documentation of the SDK. It describes certificates.

Hey man, if I could check it out of SDK doc, I would not be here
asking for help.

MTS, if you wont help, why not save your typing efforts?!

Fortunately, i just found Justin's reply in another thread VERY
HELPFUL.

What does "MTS" mean?

Sorry if my reply was not useful; you don't have to take it with an
attitude though.

1. Issue with Replacing System Activity.

Dear, Group !

I know that it is not possible to replace system activity completely.
So, I wrote my own Home Screen Application. Why do I have to shut down
emulator every time to make selection between default and custom home
screen?
why the power off button on emulator does not work?

Thanks,
Dipen

2. AlertDialog Icon Size

I built an AlertDialog and I set a 48x48 icon in the title. When I
rotate the dialog to view it in landscape orientation the bottom part
of the view is clipped. My view is similar to
R.layout.alert_dialog_text_entry from the SDK samples.

If I change the icon size to be 32x32 the AlertDialog is displayed
fine in landscape orientation. Is it a design requirement to use 32x32
icons for AlertDialogs? The nice thing about using the 48x48 icons is
that I can use the same icon for a AlertDialog and a menu item (which
seem to use 48x48 icons).
