 Hi,

I am testing my application on a Nexus One and i have some problems.
My theme is Light and when an sub PreferenceScreen is displayed, the
window background becomes black instead of keeping the
PreferenceActivity's one.

<PreferenceScreen android:title="main preferences">
    ...
    <PreferenceScreen android:title="sub screen">
    </PreferenceScreen>
</PreferenceScreen>

What is the problem?

1. TextView doesn't show complete text.

Hey all...
I'm stuck around issue of TextView. I have string which has around
2000+ characters also has some HTML in it.

I'm using below code to display this TextView.

        TableRow tr = new TableRow(this);
        TextView conV = new TextView(this);
        conV.layout(0, 15, 0, 0);
        conV.setLinksClickable(true);

        conV.setText(Html.fromHtml(allarticles.get(p).content));
        conV.setTextColor(R.color.black);
        conV.setTextSize(13);
        conV.setWidth(fin);
        conV.setAutoLinkMask(Linkify.ALL);
        conV.setEllipsize(TruncateAt.START);
        conV.setMinHeight(100);
        conV.setMaxHeight(1000);
        tr.addView(conV);

Now when this is seen in emulator. I cannot see all text.
It shows me only few lines in below format.

"

All characters get replace by ...
Why is it so ? I tried adding/removing/increasing min-height / max-
height.

Please can any tell me that is it bug in android that it cant handle

2. Context Menu long press and onTouch event conflicting

I have a situation where I have some textview on a framelayout that I
have a onTouch event wired in order to simulate dragging. I alos want
to enable the ability to have a context menu display when the user
long presses the textview. Now that I have implemented the context
menu functionality dragging no longer works since the longpress is
always served by the context menu event.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this.

Thanks,
Stan
