What do I need to do to use an Android Dev 1 phone with T-Mobile. Do I need
to buy a T-Mobile SIM or does the Dev 1 come with one that will work. Will T-
Mobile be happy to get the additional business or will they reject the
opportunity?

As with any other GSM provider, all you need is a simcard. Just shove
it in and it'll work.
