i know all about get menu references on callbacks, but i want to
create one from scratch - as in

new ContextMenu() or new Menu() (I know that's an interface, so
obviously that won't work).

1. Is this possible? Launching one application from another?

Can you just give me a sample as to how we can do that?
Say i have the following packages:

Main app:
com.main.startapp - StartApp.java

sub apps:
com.sub.app1 - App1.java
com.sub.app2 - App2.java
com.sub.app3 - App3.java
com.sub.app4 - App4.java

How would u call the appropriate application through an intent?

2. Developer does't see comments on android market from other countries

I feel quite uncomfortable with the fact that as a devloper you are
not able to see comments on your own apps written by users with phones
hvaing different locale setting to yours.

You need to switch your phone to german to see comments from german
users, or italian to see the italian comments and so on. Although very
often users post their comments in english anyway. I would really like
to read all comments to get an impression how the app is doing in
other countries.

As a developer this is in my opinion really inconvenient not to see
all comments about your app.
