is there a way to create a menu from scratch?

 i know all about get menu references on callbacks, but i want to
create one from scratch - as in

new ContextMenu() or new Menu() (I know that's an interface, so
obviously that won't work).

2. Android lost file issue

I have support U disk in my android2.1,but when android boot with udisk
insert in slot,if some files in udisk,will rmdir automatically by Android.
