Have you seen a cancelled purchase in the same minute?

Hi, I just got a purchase from an UK customer, and it looks like this:

Mar 13 10:59 AM Order cancelled You cancelled this order.
Reason: Other (describe below)
Message sent to customer: Refund requested from phone.
Mar 13 10:59 AM Authorization failed The authorization of the
customer's credit card failed. Google has sent an email instructing
the customer to update their card. If they fail to provide a valid
card within seven days, this order will be automatically cancelled by
Google.
Mar 13 10:59 AM Order received You received a new order. Google
has sent the customer an order confirmation email.

Is it possible that the guy made a mistake (the payment has not been
declined) or something weirder is going on?

Cheers

volumes are going up slightly... nothing too exciting though

17 UK sales since 6am yesterday morning, 4 of those were canceled (2
refunds, 2 payment declined)... of course collecting this data was a
little bit of a pain, it would have been so much easier if the GC csv
export included customer country or state... oh well

toyan, thanks for the suggestions I will try and take a look into
Watir and WatiN this weekend... I am a C++ for the most part by day
but generally get tasked with quite a few smaller tasks so I have had
the opportunity to do a little bit of playing with ruby for simple
scripting purposes and .NET for samples for an SDK, I can generally
figure out what I need to do... but we will see if I get around to
scripting this stuff, my next game is in development and I am hoping
to get the rough mechanics finished this weekend

1. Twitter4j internet access

Hi guys, Started coding up a simple android app. Part of it pulls the
users last 20 tweets and saves them to a database. When I run this,
statuses = twitter.getUserTimeline(); throws an exception its handled
and prints out: failed to get timeline-permission denied. When I run
the same code non-android, it works fine. I'm a little bit baffled.
Could android be limiting the network connection? Im using some
database helper classes, haven't included the code because the
exception is thrown before any of these are even involved :(. Someone
suggested fixing my manifiest to allow net access so I added: <uses-
permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" /> Still giving
the same error though. Any help would be much appreciated. Heres the

2. build android.jar with all hidden and deprecated APIs

I have been looking at the build files and I cant figure out how the
hidden and deprecated APIs are being removed. I want to be able to
create a SDK which includes a android.jar with all hidden and
deprecated APIs.
