In 1.5, I find an inco in status bar to indicate current network type
(2G or 3G). Would you please tell me which app sets this icon in
status bar? I'd like to go through the source code... Thank you in
advance.

2. emulator's display as non-SDL

In the getting started docs, the GPS redirection section references a
now-broken link to bellard.org from:
http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/tools/emulator.html#geo
A reasonable replacement could be:
http://wiki.qemu.org/download/qemu-doc.html#sec_005finvocation
... the examples given there appear to work fine.

I tried replacing SDL with VNC using the options slightly further up
the file, such as "-vnc localhost:5", but they're rejected by the
emulator command line. Does anyone know of a way to access that qemu
capability?
