 Hi All,

I am trying to run the media player from API Demo by specifying the
http based url of the video. In specific I want to play streaming

By debugging I found that it is showing the logs for streaming the
video from 1-100 %. But then also it is not playing the video. Can
anybody please help me where(file location) streamed video file get
stored on Android.

The files are not stored, they are streamed into a temporary memory

What kind of file are you trying to stream? If it's an MP4 file, you
need to make sure that the 'moov' atom comes before the 'mdat' atom.

Based on the API the video should be progressive download
and the video quality should be low

I am still unable to play videos from rtsp server. I have initialised
path variable in API Demo with "rtsp://
But still it is not playing this video.

Can anybody provide any rtsp link(video on rtsp server), so that I can
assign that value to path variable and it will work ?

Yes Harish, I am also wondering why it is not playing streaming video
even though We are using the standard code of API Demo.

I found below link of video streaming application, but from this link
also source code has been removed.

As per suggestions in earlier responses I am trying to use rstp link,
but failing in that case too.

Can some one please bring out any working rstp link or any work-around
or solution that can be used to play streaming video.

2. Auto check if video is disabled or removed

Hi, I run a website which has 100's of embeded youtube videos show
sorts of Hobbies, Interests, Pastimes and Sports on

It is impossible to keep track of all the videos on the website, so
what I want to do (if possible) is run a piece of php code to check
the video is still available - some sort of API?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, as we are finding more
videos are having embedding disabled after they have gone up for a
number of months.

Many thanks.
