In case there is anybody out there who would like to create a support-
application to an activity that is already used by everybody on the
Internet, the moment has come!

I'm particularly interested in developers with deep knowledge of Linux
services and/or the Android GUI.

Note: this is not yet another password vault or similar, this is about
*eventually getting rid* of passwords!

Greetings. You might find the OpenIntents keystore project of interest
as well:

It would be great to build something compatible, since the goal of the
openintents project is interoperability :)

1. Building android 2.2 for pb11mpcore

Hi All,
i was trying to build android (froyo) for arm pb11mpcore. I was
following the instructions given in the following foswiki

I was able to build the kernel successfully but ran into some issues
while trying to patch the android sources to as mentioned in the wiki

I am using android froyo ( did a -b froyo while repo syncing)

the errors I am getting are given below
1>$ git apply /home/syslab1/mydroid_froyo/patches/fs_src_Froyo_Froyo-
frameworks-base.patch:77: trailing whitespace.
* Using the kernel helper function (0xffff0fe0) that returns the TLS
frameworks-base.patch:78: trailing whitespace.
* at r0, instead of reading this directly from the register, as this
error: opengl/libs/GLES2/gl2.cpp: No such file or directory
error: opengl/libs/GLES_CM/gl.cpp: No such file or directory

apart form this I am also getting some other trailing whitespaces
errors while applying the bionic and dalvic patches.

Could anyone tell me what mistakes i may be making and what I may be
mising .
I would really appriciate some help in this regard as I am stuck here
for quite some days.

Thanks and Regards

2. OOP objects + complex view

Hi guys,

I am developing an app that need to display information on the stock
of a store. Each activity will have upto 100 items.

My plan is to layout this information in a 10 * 10 grid. Each box in
the grid represents an item of stock. Each of these items will be
represented by an icon and a piece of text beneath the icon (the
name). I setup a new layout which has an ImageView and a TextView for
this. I called the layout Tab.xml

So, I need to know if it is possible to write a java class which will
use the Tab.xml as the layout.
Then I can programmatically create each java class item, setting the
image and text as I go along.

Can anyone please give me some direction about this?
