1. Possible Android 2.x Browser/WebView regression bug

Hi all,

I've had Android 2.x users (Droid & N1) reporting a problem with one
of my web apps, and have tracked it down to an apparent bug in the 2.x
browser. Before I open an issue on b.android.com, I'd appreciate it if
someone with a 2.x device could try the following link:

http://gad.getpla.net/test/form_bug.html

I've confirmed the bug in both 2.0.1 and 2.1 emulators, but it works
fine in other browsers (including Android 1.x).

I've also confirmed that the bug seems to exist in WebView on 2.x,
where you don't seem to need to do the "First, refresh the page" step
(it's broken the first time it loads).

Thanks,

Actually I write application that runs on every boot, I know how to
send the sms, how to calculate IMSI number.

But I don't know how to compare the IMSI number,i.e how and where to
store IMSI number the one which is exist at the time of application
