2. Using the audio group

Hello,

I have an application that needs access to the low-level audio (e.g. kernel
interfaces).

Currently audio related device nodes are created with the following
ownership
system:audio but I can not find references to the audio group in
etc/platform.xml

Can I conclude that the audio group is currently not used and that all audio
related things already run as system user?

Should I follow the same approach (e.g. run a system user) with my audio
related stuff or is it better to define a
android.permissions.LOW-LEVEL_AUDIO?

Greetings
