 Make sure the color you're sending has an alpha component.

1. Read/write files on the device SD card from a desktop/laptop application

If you plug the device, it is mounted as USB mass storage indeed, and
the mounted volume root is /sdcard. I have no idea however what Linux
user is used to access the sdcard. But that doesn't really matter, it
works :)

2. Problem with the onUpdate method of an SQLiteOpenHelper

Ok, so everything that I've been doing with my db has been fine until
I changed it. I made sure that the onUpgrade was right and I get
errors nonetheless. Here is my method:

        public void onUpgrade(SQLiteDatabase db, int oldVersion, int
newVersion) {
                db.execSQL("DROP TABLE IF EXISTS " + TABLE_NAME);
                db.execSQL("DROP TABLE IF EXISTS " + FIRST_RUN_TABLE);

and here is the error:

android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: Can't upgrade read-only
database from version 1 to 2

I can't seem to find my error. Can you tell what I am doing wrong
