 Hi,

I am porting android to OMAP 3430 based custom board which is running
linux-2.6.28-omap-rc9 kernel.
I am using embinux android file system.

When i boot android, the logo screen comes and then desktop appears.

In the desktop screen, it is showing, "Screen locked, press MENU to unlock"

When i press "Windows Right Meta key" for unlocking, it throws this message
on logcat, how to unlock and go to main window containing apps.

logcat messages,

D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): wakeWhenReadyLocked(82)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): handleWakeWhenReady(82)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): pokeWakelock(5000)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): wakeWhenReadyLocked(84)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): handleWakeWhenReady(84)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): pokeWakelock(5000)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): wakeWhenReadyLocked(82)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): handleWakeWhenReady(82)
D/KeyguardViewMediator( 850): pokeWakelock(5000)

any pointers to fix this would be helpful.

Thanks and Regards,

1. Some issues with ExpandableList

Hi,

I've looked up into some forums and found nothing that deals with the
things I wanna implement in my ExpandableList, which are:

1) I want to expand only one item (row) at a time (closes it whenever
I want to expand a new item)
2) when I click on the item I want to change the text on it and add an
image in that row
3) I need a button inside every item so that it can do a specific task
based on its row's data
4) I tried to see if it has a kind of onListItemClick method but there
isn't... how can I get the position of the item that was selected?

if you know how to accomplish ANY of these tasks I would really
appreciate.

Thanks a lot guys!

2. Android 2.0.1 / SDK Level 6 or 7 or what?

I see changed behavior in WebView on 2.0.1 devices, so I just read up
(however little there was - very quick read) on
WebSettings.getDefaultZoom(). It says Level 7. I checked the 2.0.1 SDK and
it returns Level 6. However when checking for the method getDefaultZoom()
with reflection, yay, it is there. That also explains the changed behavior.

Am I missing something here or is this the right approach? Should I check
for the existence of methods to find out what version I am dealing with?
What happens when an existing behavior changes without adding new methods,
like WebView did between 1.6 and 2.0? What is the level information in the
API docs good for?
