 In my Activity onPause method, how can i find out if this activity is
launched by another activity? (e.g. when user clicks menu of another
activity to launch this activity?)

Should i use the
isTaskRoot()
Return whether this activity is the root of a task.

or
isChild()
Is this activity embedded inside of another activity?

Thank you.

1. Downloading pictures from camera to Android device

Hi,

I would like to know how to go about downloading photos from a camera
to an Android device. This should be possible on a device such as the
Archos 43 that can function as a USB host, and evidently they've
developed an application for the purpose, since they sell an accessory
cable for connecting to a camera. But I'd like to know how to add this
capability to my own app.

Thanks,
