I personally am very much looking forward to this... it gives me an
excuse to upgrade my HTC Titan (Sprint Mogul... still my main phone)
to the HTC Touch Pro 2 :)

Plus I would pick native C++ development over java development any day
and my days of open source WM programming [M2DC] were pretty fun, but
not profitable at all. The development costs for their app store are
a little high, but hopefully it will be worth it.

I will probably still focus on Android because I see more potential
in Android than I see in WM, but as was said earlier in this thread,
another source of revenue is very much appreciated.

I've done quite a bit of windows mobile programming for my day job.
The compact framework and Visual Studio 2008 are really nice to work
with. The big problem is that most devices out there in the field only
have CF2.0. So you either stick with the slightly outdated stuff (a
pain if you want to share code with any desktop apps) or you have to
deploy the CF3.5 redistributables with you app.

1. Saving images from MMS

Just curious if there is any ideas or apps in progress that would allow some
attachment management? Like saving images from an MMS or being able to save
mp3 files from emails. I have picture messages and don't see an option to
save perhaps I'm missing something. Any input on this would be helpful.

Thanks,
O.

2. Any Android Suggestion Page

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is any Android Suggestion Page where I can
post suggestions.
I'm a member of AndroidForums.com and there are many very good ideas
in there.
It would be sad if the Android Developers don't get to know them.

Thanks to all that helped make Android be like it is now!

kind regards,

Oberox
