 The emulator doesn't support camera emulation. You may want to check

1. touch issues with cupcake

Hi,
   I am using the latest cupcake kernel. I have added my board support
to the kernel.
   The kernel boots fine. I see the android home screen.
    Whenever i touch the touch screen, All i see is a small bar just
below the "date and time status bar"
    I am not sure what the issue could be.

    I faced a similar issue with 2.6.25 kernel. When i enabled
CONFIG_ANDROID_POWER the issue got resolved.
    But with the latest cupcake kernel i dont see a
CONFIG_ANDROID_POWER in the cupcake.

   I have enabling and disabling the following in my defconfig, but it
does not help.

CONFIG_PM=y
CONFIG_HAS_WAKELOCK=y
CONFIG_HAS_EARLYSUSPEND=y
CONFIG_WAKELOCK=y
CONFIG_WAKELOCK_STAT=y
CONFIG_USER_WAKELOCK=y
CONFIG_EARLYSUSPEND=y
CONFIG_CONSOLE_EARLYSUSPEND=y
# CONFIG_FB_EARLYSUSPEND is not set
# CONFIG_APM_EMULATION is not set
CONFIG_ARCH_SUSPEND_POSSIBLE=y
CONFIG_NET=y

2. Android porting on Qemu

Hi all,

I am planning to do some reverse engineering on Android.
Can somebody explain me what does it take to port the Android
application on QEMU.

1. How to extract Android FS.
2. How to port ARM FS on it.
3. How to build and port Dalvik VM on it.

I would really appreciate if you can tell me some step-by-step
approach.

Thanks and Regards,
Indra
