 Hello,

My application has requirements to store or edit the file data in the
file which is available in Raw folder. Can some one tell me how it is
possible ?

I want to store the audio data in mp3 file which is available in res
folder.

You cannot modify an APK's resources in-place at runtime. You would need
to copy the resource out to some other location (e.g., SD card) and
modify it there.

1. Clearing the WebView cache

Hello,

In onCreate() I instantiate a new WebView. In onStop() I call
clearCache(true) and destroy() on the WebView. This does not seem to
be enough to clear the cache since I see files piling up in /data/data/
MYAPP/cache/webviewCache. What is the proper way to remove this data?

Thank you,
Nick

2. Multiple language versions on the Market: localized descriptions?

What is the correct way to upload applications that contain several
language versions, where the application name itself has also been
localized?

E.g. we have
OI Notepad (en-US)
OI Notizblock (de-DE)
OI Bloc de Notes (ca-ES)
OI Bloc de Notas (es-ES)
...

Our applications contain all language versions in the localized
resource files.
Is it enough to upload each application only once? (if yes, how can we
add localized descriptions to the Market?)
Or do we have to create a separate entry for each apk, clicking the
respective country where it should be available? (we'd rather not,
because this would mean a *lot* of work each time we want to update a
version)
