how to reject an incoming call

 I want to write an app that will reject all calls except for those
from a white list (we use cell phone only for immediate family
members). Other calls, I want to just log and reject. Can this be
done? I tried to find the API to do this and it seems that the
functionality to process and incoming call is BLOCKED. Is this true?

1. No security mechanism to protect again reflection

As you know you can easily load any classes using this api call

//ask for the code of the foreign context to be included and to ignore
any security given by the cross-process(owner) execution
//in working-environment to error checking ...
Context tmpCtxt = createPackageContext("com.google.android.notepad",
    Context.CONTEXT_INCLUDE_CODE + Context.CONTEXT_IGNORE_SECURITY);
Class<?> c =
tmpCtxt.getClassLoader().loadClass
("the.name.of.a.package.already.deployed.on.the.device");
//do normal Java-Reflection things with c

so does that means anyone can load my code and execute them using
reflection? Is there anything that protects android from this kind of
attacks?

2. getNetworkLocation in 2.0

I can't get this to work in the emulator.

LocationManager lm = (LocationManager)
getSystemService(Context.LOCATION_SERVICE);
lm.requestLocationUpdates(LocationManager.NETWORK_PROVIDER, 1000L,
500.0f, this);
Location loc = lm
.getLastKnownLocation(lm.getProviders(true).get(0));

loc always returns NULL. I have tried to push the location with geo fix
and the emulators DDMS view. I am using COARSE_LOCATION and seem to be
getting a new error that I haven't seen before:
10-28 15:10:12.470: ERROR/LocationMasfClient(59): getNetworkLocation():
accuracy is too high 24000

Any clues? Is this just an issue with the emulator or am I missing some
upgraded code in 2.0?
