1. same property in PRODUCT_PACKAGE_OVERLAYS and system.prop

in vendor/xxx/system.prop
    ro.sf.lcd_density = 160

in vendor/xxx/
    PRODUCT_PACKAGE_OVERLAYS += ro.sf.lcd_density = 240

after I build

on the device,
   ro.sf.lcd_density = 160
   ro.sf.lcd_density = 240

so I expected ro.sf.lcd_density is overridden to 240 but

the screen seems like 160dpi and when I type "getprop
ro.sf.lcd_density" it returns 160.

Is this normal? the second property in build.prop is ignored?
