 Hi ,

When we insert images or media files to sdcard, how we can see this in
emulator, means in which folder, i inserted some images and checked in
"pictures", but i cant see anything there, just blank only --"No
Pictures found" displaying.

For media i checked in "Media scanner" under 'Dev tools", there also
cant see anything.

Can anybody guide me in this issue.

1. Call monitoring - possible in Android?

I'm looking at maybe making an application that will record when and
for how long a call took place and to what number it was, like a
normal phone does anyway, and then be able to show a summary of say a
month's recorded data (when calls are most frequent etc.)

Would this sort of thing be possible? I couldn't find any packages
that might relate to this, am I being blind? I'm just looking for the
methods(?) that relate to actual phone calls made by the mobile phone

many thanks

2. Open-source, closed carriers (no app store and app limits, still possible)

Yep, this is what we are all waiting to see. I don't think it is a good sign
that one month before launch nobody seems to know how to get their app into
T-Mobile's market. I'm hoping T-Mobile will release this info next week at
their Android announcement; if not I think we are looking at the same old
insider club that hampered J2ME adoption for small ISVs and individual
developers. I'm really wanting this thing to be open.
