I actually found the answer to this issue as I was about to post, but
I will post anyway to help anyone that might encounter this issue.
DO NOT set any progress or secondary progress amounts in the XML file
for the progress bar, this apparently prevents you from setting the
Max programmatically later.

I hope this helps.

1. Developing an IMS client on Android : Request for Comments.

HiI've been reading this thread and was curious... what kind of
functionality could be achieved with an IMS client running on Android? I
just can't seem to get my head around it.

In my experience IMS is implemented by the network operator (as an example,
maybe like a Digital Phone service that's offered here in the US by cable
companies)... so if we had this IMS client on an Android phone, what purpose
is served? The network operator would have to support it, right?

Would like to hear what the application of IMS is for Android.

2. System log buffer size

Hello group,
I have the following problem: I'd like to see the system log of two
days ago and I cannot. I see only 3 last hours.
How can I configure the system log size, location, severity?

Thanks in advance for your answer,
                                              AGA
