When do you use FrameLayout? Why not AbsoluteLayout?

 Hi
When do you use FrameLayout?
The way I understand it, all the children are pegged relative to the
top left of FrameLayout. That means all the children's coordinates
(marginLeft/right etc) are relative to parent. AbsoluteLayout does the
same thing.

When would one use FrameLayout?

Thanks

1. Filesystem error

Hello all,
I was trying to connect gsm modem to Android. Using USB Hub for
connecting gsm modem via serail to usb convertor. I have enabled kernel
configuration for usb gsm modem support. While booting the filesystem is
loaded and after sometime it gets remounted saying that there is filesystem
error in entry.. I have already posted similar post for ttyUSB) not
detected. Trying again once got this error. My log from cutecom are,
