Will the next release of Android feature voice dialing?

 After receiving an HTC Magic I returned it 2 hours later because there
is no voice dial on it (and it is Vodafone locked). Will the next
release of Android have voice dial?

Note: I mean actual voice dialing, not searching or tagging or whatever
- just press a button on a car kit and say the name of the person you
want to call.

So in short:
- When will the next release of Android be?
- Will it have proper voice dialing support? (Using bluetooth?)
- Will it support Dutch? (Speaking Dutch names in an English accent is
very funny but makes calling people almost impossible ^^)

How do I update individual row in listview?

2. Starting Google Maps at pre-specified location

Well, clearify, what I've said:

I'm using next code in order to open Google Maps at "London" (for

public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        setContentView(R.layout.query); //my first layout with button

        Button searchbutton = (Button) findViewById(R.id.Button01); //
simple button, when click by user comes - Maps are opened
        searchbutton.setOnClickListener(new OnClickListener(){

                public void onClick(View view) {
();                                                         //method
that opens Maps (see below)
private void openmap(){

//Now starting Intent with parameters, open a MyMap.class, where magic
happens - map appears, but on standard North American view...

        Intent i = new Intent(android.content.Intent.ACTION_VIEW, Uri.parse
("geo:0,0?=London"), this, MyMap.class);

        startActivityForResult(i, ACTIVITY_CREATE);

What it could be? Any ideas?
