Will the next release of Android feature voice dialing?

After receiving an HTC Magic I returned it 2 hours later because there
is no voice dial on it (and it is Vodafone locked). Will the next
release of Android have voice dial?

Note: I mean actual voice dialing, not searching or tagging or whatever
- just press a button on a car kit and say the name of the person you
want to call.

So in short:
- When will the next release of Android be?
- Will it have proper voice dialing support? (Using bluetooth?)
- Will it support Dutch? (Speaking Dutch names in an English accent is
very funny but makes calling people almost impossible ^^)

1. vertical scrolling TableLayout

I have a TableLayout that I am trying to set as scrolling vertical but
the android framework is ignoring all of the scroll related
attributes.

<TableLayout android:id="@+id/resultTable"
        android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="fill_parent"
        android:spacing="40dip" android:isScrollContainer="true"
android:isScrollContainer="true"
        android:scrollbarStyle="insideOverlay" android:scrollbars="vertical"
android:stretchColumns="4">
</TableLayout>

At runtime I add a bunch of TableRow objects but like I said, the fill
the table until they are off the screen.

2. Problem with Internet connection through emulator

After spending hours of research and different ways to connect my emulator
to the internet (i.e just accessing any ordinary webpages), I'm still
hitting a brick wall.

My current internet setting is that I'm behind a corporate internet
connection thus connecting via a proxy (154.23.x.yy:80zz)

Ways I tried:

1. Connect to the emulator using the "adb shell" command (From "tools"
folder of SDK)
*adb shell*
enter this..
*# sqlite3 /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db
sqlite> INSERT INTO system
VALUES(99,'http_proxy','<PROXY_IP>:<PROXY_Port>');*
Restarting the emulator, it's still showing "WebPage unavailable"

2. Using Eclipse as my IDE, I Go to Run -> Run Configurations ->Target in
eclipse and enter
*-http-proxy <PROXY_IP>:<PROXY_Port> * in Additional emulator command line
options.
Still, no happiness.

3. I also tried (in Eclipse), Windows->Preferences->Android->Default
Emulator option, and inserting http-proxy *<PROXY_IP>:<PROXY_Port>

*4. I'm not creating any of my own view or activity, thus did not need to
setup INTERNET permissions in my manifest file.

Any helps would be appreciated. Thanks.
